Excellent Customer Service

I bought just one headband while we were on vacation in Maui and I loved it. I got home and ordered more through the website. When the package arrived there was a personal note from the artist that she didn't have the exact material I ordered but replaced it with a different pattern, it was beautiful and I wear it all the time. She sent the hair tie I originally ordered free or charge when she got the right material and product made. Love the headbands and hair ties, they're soft but stay in place and so beautiful!
